Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our products and limited drops, all sales are subject to the following:


1. Pre-Orders

   All pre-order purchases are considered final once production begins.


2. Cancellations

   Orders may only be canceled before production starts. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

   If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at suport@jumiuniverse.shop.


Please include:


- Order number

- Clear photos of the issue


We will review and provide a replacement or solution if applicable.


4. Non-Refundable Items


- Opened collectible packs

- Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing

- Limited edition items after fulfillment


5. Shipping Costs

   Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Lost or Delayed Orders

   We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
